This page is the public opt-in for texts sent by Apex, operated by WiSense LLC. There is no mobile-app opt-in. Reviewers can see every phone field, unchecked consent box, and submit button below without signing in and without placing an order; staff sign in only to save their own number.

What the messages are

Transactional updates only: order received / accepted / ready, and quote replies and reminders. We do not send marketing blasts or share mobile numbers or consent for anyone else’s marketing.

How a guest opts in

Website only. This page is the live opt-in URL. The guest types a mobile number, checks an unchecked-by-default box, then taps Place order or Continue. The same checkbox appears on restaurant checkout and quote request. Venue staff and owners agree on this page too, in the form below — the Apex app collects no consent and links here instead. No keyword opt-in, no verbal opt-in, no imported lists, no in-app signup.

Opt-in forms (full page, including submit)

Both boxes start unchecked. Checking the box is consent. The buttons are the submission action; they do not place a real order.

Restaurant checkout

Same fields as Place order. This sample does not charge a card or send a text.

Quote request

Same fields as Request a quote. This sample does not create a job.

Staff opt-in (live)

Unlike the two samples above, this form is live. Anyone can type a number and tick the box; pressing Save asks for the staff member's Apex email, confirms it by link, and writes the consent to that account. Nothing here is disabled pending a login.

Apex staff and owners

This is where staff agree to venue alerts. There is no opt-in inside the Apex app — the app links here.
